You introduce a company. If they hire and pay, you earn 10% of everything they pay us during their first year, with a 4 UF minimum. You make the introduction. We handle the sale, delivery, and invoicing.

How it works
Register the contact
Before the introduction, email us the company, the contact, and the need. We confirm in writing, within 2 business days, whether the referral is registered in your name.
Make the introduction
An email or an intro meeting is enough. From there we handle the sale. You do not quote, negotiate, or promise anything on our behalf.
Collect your commission
We pay you within 30 days after the client pays us. If the client pays in installments, the commission is paid per installment, as each payment arrives.
What you earn
10% of the amount collected excluding VAT, or 4 UF, whichever is greater. The commission is calculated on everything the client pays us in their first 12 months: pentest, retest, consulting, and recurring services.

The 4 UF minimum applies once per client, on the first-year total.
From your third closed and paid client, your commission rises to 15% for the following clients. The new rate does not apply to clients you already brought.
Rules
- A company you registered by email and that we confirmed.
- They must sign within 6 months of registration. If they sign later, the referral expires.
- Companies that are already clients, or that we were already talking to, do not count.
- If two people register the same company, the referral belongs to whoever registered it first.
- If the client does not pay, there is no commission.
- If the client cancels or receives a refund, the commission is adjusted in the same proportion.
- We pay only on amounts actually collected, never on a quote.
- The referrer must be an independent third party to the client. If you have any relationship with the client that could create a conflict, you must disclose it when you register them.
- We do not pay commissions to employees, directors, or internal advisors of the client company. That kind of payment can constitute private-sector bribery (article 287 bis of the Criminal Code) and create liability for both companies under Law 21.595 and Law 20.393.
- All information about clients and vulnerabilities is confidential.
- Lawyers and other professionals with their own ethics rules on fees can take part through a collaboration or mutual-referral agreement, without a commission.
- Individuals issue a boleta de honorarios (with the legal withholding) and companies issue an invoice.
- We pay by bank transfer within 30 days of the client’s payment.
- Each month we send you a summary of your referrals, their status, and the commissions due.
