Cookie policy

Your preferencesCurrent status: Loading…

You can change your choice at any time. If you reject, we do not use analytics or advertising cookies; visits are measured anonymously (no identifiers in your browser). If you accept, we enable PostHog cookies and the Google Ads tag in this browser.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. They can remember preferences, keep sessions, or measure site use in aggregate. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) are treated here with the same transparency and control standard.

2. Who is responsible

The controller for processing associated with this site is onenorma. To exercise rights or ask about cookies and personal data, write to us at hola@onenorma.com. This policy complements our privacy policy.

3. Principles we follow

  • Minimization: we only use what we need to operate the site. Without your acceptance we measure visits anonymously and without cookies; if you accept, we also measure use and ad conversions with cookies.
  • Transparency: we tell you which categories exist and what they are for, including cookieless measurement and the optional analytics or advertising cookies.
  • Consent: non-essential analytics and advertising cookies turn on only if you choose "Accept".
  • No sale or commercial transfer: we do not sell your personal information or transfer it to data brokers. If you accept, Google processes advertising measurement data as the provider of that service.

4. Cookie categories

Essential / technical

Required for the basic operation of the site (security, load balancing, remembering your cookie choice in this browser). They do not need prior consent to deliver the service you request.

Analytics (optional)

They help us understand visits, pages viewed, and aggregate interactions so we can improve the content. On this site PostHog counts visits anonymously and without cookies (a server-side hash) even if you do not accept. PostHog identifying cookies turn on only if you accept. If you reject, we continue with that cookieless measurement only.

Advertising / conversion measurement (optional)

They tell us whether a Google Ads ad brought a visit or a conversion (for example booking a demo). The Google script can load with ad storage denied; advertising cookies turn on only if you accept.

5. Cookies and tools we may use

  • Consent preference (onenorma.cookie-consent): ({key}): local storage that remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics or advertising cookies. An essential category so we can respect your choice.
  • PostHog: : product analytics (for example pageviews and interaction events). It loads in cookieless mode, without cookies or its own storage, until you accept; then it may set provider cookies or identifiers. If you reject or do not choose, visits are counted with an anonymous server-side hash.
  • Google Ads (gtag) (AW-18424456872): : campaign and conversion measurement. The script loads with ad storage denied; advertising cookies turn on if you accept. Google may set its own cookies (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw, or others depending on the account).

We do not sell your information to networks outside these providers. The Google Ads tag exists to measure ads we buy, not to hand data to brokers.

6. Legal basis

Essential cookies are used because they are necessary to provide the service you request by browsing. Cookieless visit measurement (no cookies and no persistent identifier on your device) is used for aggregate traffic statistics. Analytics cookies and ad measurement are based on your free, specific, and informed consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the controls on this page or the cookie notice.

7. Retention

Your consent choice stays in the browser until you change it or clear local storage. Cookieless visits (no cookies) and, if you accept, analytics data with cookies are kept according to our analytics tool's retention and our privacy policy, for as long as the purposes described require.

8. Recipients and transfers

We do not share or sell your personal data for commercial purposes. Strictly necessary technical providers (for example hosting, the analytics tool, or Google Ads if you choose to accept) process data only to provide the service. If there are international transfers, we apply appropriate safeguards when required.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law (including standards aligned with the GDPR and Chilean data-protection law), you can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or other recognized rights. You can also withdraw consent for analytics or advertising cookies whenever you want. Contact us at hola@onenorma.com.

10. How to manage cookies in the browser

Besides our controls, you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Blocking all cookies can affect essential site functions.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect legal or technical changes. We will publish the current version on this page with the last-updated date.
