oneNorma offers cloud security audit and penetration testing services under a monthly or annual subscription. Our services are aimed at companies that use platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

2. Use of the site

• You must be at least 18 years old to hire our services.
• You agree to use the site and our services in a legal and responsible way.
• Trying to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization is prohibited.

3. Contracting and payments

Using our services requires an active subscription. Payments are processed securely through third parties (such as Mercado Pago, Fintoc, and others). Refunds are not issued once the audit period has started, unless there is a written agreement.

4. Confidentiality and security

• All information you share is treated as confidential.
• Findings are delivered only to the registered customer.
• We do not store or use your credentials without your explicit authorization.

5. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your infrastructure is completely free of vulnerabilities. We are not liable for losses that come from misuse of the findings or from not applying the recommendations we deliver.

6. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes apply once they are published on our website.
